Just Transitions to Solar in Southern Europe

In this particular solar farm opportunity I have the difficult task of convincing the local monopoly utility to change their business practices and allow a large solar farm connected to their grid. This will reduce the demand for their electricity and therefore their profits, but there is the opportunity to build a data center on the site, which will create jobs.
